Check-in/Check-out Times: In our villas, check-in time is 15.00 and check-out time is between 10.00 and 10.30.
Capacity: Maximum capacity is the number of people indicated for each villa. Unfortunately exceeding the capacity is not allowed.
Cleaning: The villa is cleaned before check-in. During stays over a week, a free of charge cleaning is made during the stay. For shorter stays, we will help with the cleaning for an additional fee if the customer requests.
What is included in rental fee: Electricity and water expenses during stay, internet, cleaning in every 7 days, pool and garden maintenance are included.
Booking: For each booking, 30% of the total fee is transferred to the company’s bank account. The remaining amount is paid in cash or credit card during check-in.
Deposit: Deposit payment is taken after the house is checked during check-in and it is returned to you if no damage is found during the check at the end of your stay.
