Important Information:
The reservation agreement between the person making the reservation (guest) and Tala Turizm will only become valid after the following date:
The reservation form has been filled and signed and received by Tala Turizm.
The reservation has been confirmed in writing to the guest by Tala Turizm.
In order to ensure the reservation certainty and security of the rental property, a prepayment of 35% is taken from the total reservation amount. The remaining balance (65%) is collected from the guest upon key collection on the day of check-in.
If the guest cancels the reservation 60 days in advance, the cancellation is free of charge. However, in case of cancellation within 60 days, 35% prepayment deposited to our company is not refundable. The guest is deemed to have accepted all responsibilities in this regard.
If the reservation is canceled by Tala Turizm, the entire fee paid by the guest will be refunded.
Our check-in hours are: 16.00 / Check-out: 10.00.
Tala Turizm takes a deposit of 1.500.00 TL from the guest for any damage or loss that may occur in the rental property during the check-in. On the guest's departure day, our authorized personnel take delivery of the house and ensure that it is returned if there is no damage or loss during the controls.
The guest agrees to take good care of the property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition during their stay. The guest agrees to pay an extra fee in case of any loss or damage to the property.
Tala Turizm does not accept any responsibility for any unforeseen situation beyond our control (For example: Regional Power Outage, Water Shortage, Internet Signal Problem).
There is no responsibility or liability accepted by Tala Turizm for any bodily injury, illness, death, damage or loss, inconvenience or additional expenses of the guest.
The prices displayed on the website are the daily prices. If you fill in the communication form after selecting the villa, our colleagues will call you and confirm your reservation.
30% of the total price is transferred to the company’s bank account as down payment. Remaining amount (70%) is paid in cash or credit card during check-in. Deposit payment is taken after the house is checked during check-in (Deposit payment is TRY 1.000). If no damage is found during the check at the end of your stay, the deposit payment is returned to you.
